MACCS solutions replace system range
Marinelec Technologies has developed a new system MACCS, Marine Advanced Customizable & Creative solutions, with the aim to propose a new range of products offering greater efficiency, higher performance and advanced functionality. The new range currently replaces the existing alarm panels ALTAIR and ALTOR with the view of finally replacing several catalogue products including; HYDRA1600, ORION V2, CAPELLA and AURIGA ... Our technical solutions consist of a 7'' colour touchscreen serving as a standard man-machine interface by which the software will allow the user to choose the different functions of the product, to display the necessary alarms or commands for the crew and to ensure the settings.
At Euromaritime we will be displaying and demonstrating several systems including: A simplified 4-channels solution without touchscreen. Our MACCS solution which can accommodate 48 channels with the 7" touch screen and a solution via our AMS (Alarm Monitoring System) allowing unlimited configuration.

Representation in Amsterdam
Loïc Sfiligoï
|
2017 began by strengthening our presence in Europe with the arrival of our commercial engineer in the Netherlands.
Loïc Sfiligoï took up his duties in Amsterdam for MARINELEC to develop our markets in northern and eastern Europe. Within a few weeks he has already initiated several projects with our partners and prospective clients, leading to an increase in the activity of MARINELEC in territories, which are our focus in Europe. Certification
Fire detection approved by CCS
|
The Chinese Certification Society, CCS have approved and certified our addressable fire detection panel Phoenix V2. This certification falls within the framework of a contract that MARINELEC Asia, our Singapore subsidiary, signed at the end of 2016 for the supply of equipment to tankers classified CCS with a tonnage of 49500DWT.
This certification will contribute to the development of MARINELEC in Southeast Asia where our products have already impressed shipyards and where we have built a strong network of agents and integrators. With the focus on merchant ships and the development of the cruise industry, we hope to expand our range to cater for this market.
