AFLOAT for the workboats

MARINELEC exhibits at SEAWORK International for the first time

SEAWORK_DR

Seawork International is Europes largest on-water exhibition and conference, dedicated to the commercial marine and workboat sectors for more than 20 years. For MARINELEC this represents a great opportunity to develop our activity in the European market granting direct access to the main players in commercial marine, workboat construction and their sub-contractors.

We have decided to exhibit here for the first time, presenting our complete range of alarm and monitoring solutions, including our MACCS and ALTO compact alarm panels. This ‘on-water’ conference and exhibition will also give us the opportunity to better understand the needs of the market as we will be in direct contact with the shipowners and onboard technicians.

The next edition of Seawork International will take place between the 3rd - 5th July 2018 at the prestigious Mayflower Park in Southampton, UK. Hervé and Pascal will be there to welcome you at our stand PY100.

The new MACCS_8L detects water ingress

MACCS_8L

It is better to be prepared against the risks of flooding than face the consequences. It can cause damage to the cargo, numerous technical faults or worse, sink the boat. It is recommended and even mandatory, in regard to French regulations, to equip the ship with a reliable alarm system, alerting the crew to act as quickly as possible to secure the ship.

In order to quickly detect water ingress in the different flood compartments, MARINELEC Technologies has created the MACCS_8L, a compact water ingress detection panel, easy to integrate into a small space and easy to use. More economical than its predecessor, the MACCS_8L functions through an LED display. The panel is under approval, and meets the requirements of the French regulations D310 and D361 of the Maritime Authorities.

MACCS_8L will replace the ALTOR 8 alarm panel.

MACCS in place on the President Charles Pilorget Lifeboat

The SNS 277 President Charles Pilorget Lifeboat @ Alumarine and the MACCS

MARINELEC Technologies is expanding its range of MACCS (Marine Advanced Customizable & Creative Solutions) products, more efficient, more competitive, with extended features developed by MARINELEC Technologies. The AMS system is adapted for small and medium tonnage boats, available in versions dedicated for specific funtions such as level measurements or the monitoring of watertight doors….MACCS can configure upto 64 channels with its 7” touchscreen.

After several units sold for export to the ASEAN zone, the AMS MACCS system now equips the all new SNS 277 President Charles Pilorget Lifeboat. This lifeboat was delivered by the ALUMARINE shipyard to the SNSM station Port-Blanc, Morbihan last May. After the first few weeks of operation, the shipyard and the SNSM are particularly satisfied with its performance and the centralisation of information and commands. Whatsmore, the compact panel is is a space saver on the bridge.

4 Channels for the ALTO

A polyvalent alarm panel

ALTO

The ALTO is a compact alarm panel with 4 channels, the first of which were sold to the IXBLUE (H2X) shipyard. It has been specifically developed for very small units and is perfectly adapted for the pilot boats on which they have been installed. This panel is polyvalent, easy to integrate, with a simple set-up.

ALTO provides light and sound signalling on 4 channels of detection. This multi-function panel allows the user to manage flood and fire detection as well as the technical alarms.

MARINELEC offers and range of alarm solutions all of which meet the safety requirements of even the smallest of boats.
